Announcements - April 28, 2004:

Hello, Everyone:

Welcome to week #14! The end is getting near!

Keep working on your Debate. Read over the Debate assignment sheet on pages 155 & 156 to make sure you’re completing the entire assignment.
The Debate Audience Analysis Sheet on page 157 & 158 needs to be completed and turned in with the Debate on May 5th.

Remember to bring your YOTKBN Final Exam Review Questions with you to class on Wednesday, May 5th. We’ll give credit where credit is due that night.

We’ll also review for the Final Exam during the May 5th class session.

We’ll explore step #4 of the problem-solving group discussion sequence, presenting all possible solutions, a.k.a. brainstorming, in this week’s Discussion Forum. Please write a separate posting for each of your possible solutions.

Finally, this week’s Link to Additional Resources is a remarkably comprehensive link about arguments and argument fallacies. I hesitated posing it because so comprehensive. Don’t try to look at all the links, unless you’re enjoying yourself. Pick and choose what catches your interest.

That’s all for now. As always, keep in touch. Let me know if you need anything. I’m never more than an email away.

Take care,
Steven
